GUACAI / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains how GuacAI handles information in connection with www.guacai.dev and inquiries sent to our team. For privacy questions or requests, email code@guacai.dev. Project-specific services may be covered by a separate agreement or privacy notice.
2. Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, including your name, email address, optional company name, project type, timeline, project description, and correspondence. Please do not include passwords, API keys, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive information in a project inquiry. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs to operate their services.
3. How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss potential work, prepare proposals, maintain business correspondence, and manage an engagement if one begins. Technical information may be used to deliver the site, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Our contact form sends the information you submit through FormSubmit for delivery to code@guacai.dev. Our website hosting and email providers also process information needed to provide those services. Their own privacy terms may apply to their processing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
5. AI tools and client projects
The agents, MCP integrations, Higgsfield, KieAI, n8n, and Blender workflows described on this website are service capabilities. Browsing this site does not automatically send your project brief to those tools. Any use of client information with third-party AI tools for an engagement should be addressed in the applicable project scope and data-handling arrangements.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The current site code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, or store inquiry fields in local storage. Your browser temporarily holds the form entries while the page is open. Infrastructure and services you interact with may use technical mechanisms needed for delivery and security. External sites have their own cookie and privacy practices.
7. Retention and security
Inquiry records and business correspondence are retained as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable agreement. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; avoid sending confidential materials through the public inquiry form.
8. Your choices and rights
You can contact us directly by email instead of using the form. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send requests to code@guacai.dev. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. International processing and children
Hosting, form delivery, and email services may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised date. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to code@guacai.dev.
